environment. Ashtanga Yoga is a set flowing Vinyasa seqeunce which systematically opens the body and mind, prepearimg for an increasingly challenging practice. Poses are given to studnets
progressively when they are ready. The teacher uses verbal and skilled physical adjustmnets.
Vinyasa Flow - a dynamic sequence of standing postures, balancing and floor work that combines breath with movement to strengthen both body and mind. All levels welcome

Gentle Hatha Yoga – a gentle way to renew and refresh the practictioner with a series of mindful postures, restorative stretches and breath work. Suitable for beginners
