The BWYQ is comprised of 8 units:
The aim of the

You will be expected to start teaching yoga classes whilst on the course

“I am in my final 3rd year of my yoga teacher training with Eliane, I will use the old cliché, it’s been life-changing in a totally transformative way!
My confidence as a teacher has grown immensely and I am more mindful in my own practice.
The quality of Elly’s teaching is excellent with her knowledge of yoga and is student-focused throughout.
Her authenticity, energy, and true passion for her teaching are inspiring.
I highly recommend anyone to join this course to deepen their own yoga practice and knowledge and be inspired to teach others”.

“I have been a regular student of Elly’s for more than eight years now and was inspired to complete her BWY foundation course in 2017 and to undertake the L4 BWY teacher training diploma with her in 2021.
Throughout this time, she has not only encouraged me to develop my own yoga practice but has been a calm, supportive and dedicated tutor as I’ve progressed to become a qualified yoga teacher.
If you are looking for a course that will give you a thorough grounding in physical asana, an understanding of meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques and a deep dive into the history and philosophy of yoga, then this is the one for you.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Elly brings significant expertise and a passion for asana, anatomy and adjustment as well as having personal access to yoga experts which other courses cannot match.
For the first nine months of my course, we had to ‘meet’ online due to the pandemic and despite this significant challenge, which was outside everyone’s comfort zones, she managed to help us to forge relationships and to gain an additional skill in teaching yoga online!
I would recommend this course, specifically with Elly, as a great route to becoming a confident and competent yoga teacher.
Be warned though, it’s not for the faint-hearted! Serious time and commitment to your own practice, self-study and regular assessment outside of the monthly study days are essential to succeed”.

“The BWY teacher training is fantastic. The course is very thorough, and all the elements have been taught by Eliane in a variety of ways to enable inclusivity. The asana and adjustments, pranayama, philosophy and practicalities of becoming a yoga teacher have all been so interesting, I have learned more than I would have ever imagined. Eliane is a brilliant tutor, who has been confident, gentle, and supportive throughout and I have enjoyed every minute of it”.
